The MAXI•PRESS is a multipurpose large format manual heat transfer press intended for the imprinting of a vast range of different materials. The MAXI•PRESS combines an oversized platen with a low production oriented framework with a single loading table configuration. It is available in two different heater block sizes: 32" x 42" and 44" x 64". The gas shock counter springs provide a weightless and effortless operation of the press. The Digital Knight state-of-the-art control system accurately regulates all aspects of the electrical functions of the press, freeing the operator for the main goal of material imprinting. Ideal applications that the MAXI•PRESS has performed flawlessly include: large fabrics & piece goods, full-bleed printed sportswear panels, banners, floor mats, carpets, mouse pads and more. The MAXI•PRESS strongly supports sublimation transfer processes, as well as digitally produced transfers, and laminating processes.

931 Triton

The 931 TRITON presses are air operated automatic large format twin station shuttle presses that range in platen sizes up to 4 feet by 8 feet standard, and 8 feet by 12 feet custom!

The 931 TRITON is a large format pneumatic heat transfer press built for pressing a wide variety of materials. It is geared towards high-production pressing of multiple piece goods as well as 4′ x 8′ sheet materials.

The 931 TRITON answers the demand for a more stable, solid work base along with the capability of pressing transfers in an oversized large-area environment. Typical applications include heat transfer printing onto fabrics such as banners & garments, thicker materials such as carpets & mats, rigid goods like tiles & ceramics, as well as woods, sheet metal, plastics, polyester coated synthetics and a vast range of other substrates. Typical processes used are sublimation printing, hot splits, foiling, embossing, laminating, hot-stamping, heat sealing and other applications requiring a massive size heat transfer press.

Industrial Air Bag Pneumatics provide many times heavier pressing force than cylinders. They are also selfleveling and 100% maintenance free.

Photo Eye safety circuitry provides safety protection around the heat platen.

Redundant Micro Switches confirm location of loading tables before beginning pressing cycle.

High-Strength Roller Cams & smooth computer controlled indexing allow the loading tables to quietly & gently bring the work in and out of the pressing area.

High Wattage Fire Rod Heaters are embedded deep in the core of the extra thick 2" aluminum heat platen. The platen is gun-barrel drilled and heaters are placed in close proximity along the entire length of the heat platen for the most even heat possible over the entire heat platen surface.

OK-10

OK10: The Practix dye sublimation rotary heat model OK-10 is available in 48” or 66” wide printable widths. The oil filled heated drum is 10″ (250 mm) in diameter and has 240 degrees of wrap achieving faster production speeds then most comparable models. This model can be used for transferring on continuous or roll materials. This heat transfer machine is small and affordable offering the Practix high quality innovative engineered design using a heavy duty frame, automation, and best quality electrical and pneumatic components like all Practix heat transfer equipment, including sublimation machines, lamination machinery and embossing equipment.


OK-12

OK-12 is one of the most advanced heat transfer machines currently available. With a heavy-duty unitized frame, 12” diameter drum, and varying belt widths that allow for printing on fabrics of all sizes, the OK-12 is a heat transfer press that is unlike anything else in its class. This model can be used for transferring on continuous or roll materials or an optional table is a feature for cut part or piece goods. OK-400R

OK-400R: The OK-400R belt press offers the latest design advancements in continuous rotary belt heat transfer printing equipment for exceptional temperature control and print quality. OK-405RW

OK-405RW: The NEW advanced sublimation machine, the OK-405RW, was designed to accommodate the need for faster transfer speeds by our innovative engineers. The workable widths are 128″ and 220″. The OK-405RW was designed with a pivot system for automatic belt tracking, which ensures no lateral movement and “ghosting” on any of your fabric. The OK-405RW encompasses even heat to ensure color intensity across even wide fabrics utilizing an advanced technology, well engineered oil filled, steel encased heating drum.
